Before you start the electronic RMA process, please read our policy and disclaimers carefully and agree to all rules and conditions. If you have questions regarding the warranty, please check our Thermaltake Warranty Policy.
- All warranty replacements will be replaced with the same model. Thermaltake will make repairs or send replacements only. We will not accept any requests to exchange, upgrade, or refund.
- All items returned will be repaired or replaced with factory refurbished parts or products.
- Thermaltake warranty policy does not cover display samples, refurbished, and open box items.
- The original customer from the United States and Canada purchasing the Thermaltake product is covered under Thermaltake warranty policy. Thermaltake products sold through auctions sites, such as eBay or Amazon, by private sellers will not be covered.
- The warranty period begins on the date of purchase. A copy of your sales receipt or invoice will be required in order to verify the date of purchase. Thermaltake cannot provide you a date on when the item was purchased.
- If the Serial Numbers is missing for any Power Supply Units, Chassis, Liquid Coolers, Notebook coolers, Mobile Fans, Accessories or Storages items, the Thermaltake warranty policy will be void.
- Replacement products will carry the same warranty from the original purchase date or 30 days from receipt of the replacement, whichever is longer.
- Thermaltake will only be responsible for defective Thermaltake parts or products. If you find other defective components along with your system failure, you will need to contact each individual vendor.
- You are responsible for packing the defective part or product and shipping them to Thermaltake in good condition. It is preferred for you to ship through a carrier which can provide detail tracking information; however, the shipping method remains at your discretion. Thermaltake is not responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping.
- Thermaltake reserves the right to revoke your RMA and return the defective product immediately if the product was damaged during shipping or if the package was shipped as COD (cash on delivery).
- Customers located in Canada are responsible for any Custom Releases or Duty Fees incurred to ship the defective product to Thermaltake.
- Thermaltake does not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
- If the information on your request varies from the actual item(s) received, your RMA will be cancelled. The actual item(s) received can be shipped back at your expense.
- Once we receive all products and paperwork in good condition, Thermaltake will process your RMA and ship out the replacement within 5 working days.
In order to process your request as soon as possible, please note the following information.
1) Receipt or Invoice
Thermaltake offers limited warranty on its products against defects in material or workmanship starting from the original date of purchase for all products purchased in the United States (excluding territories) or Canada from Thermaltake authorized dealers. A copy of the sales receipt will be required in order to verify date of purchase. Please refer to Thermaltake Warranty Policy for more detailed information regarding the warranty policy. Thermaltake cannot offer warranty support on products without proof of purchase. Any products shipped to Thermaltake without a receipt will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
2) RMA Number
Please write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Failure to do so may result in your package being rejected or not processed. The RMA number will be provided to you by a Thermaltake Customer Service Representative after your RMA request has been reviewed.
3) Shipping
Pack the defective product with sufficient protection but without any other accessories and ship it to Thermaltake USA. The shipping address will be provided by a Thermaltake Customer Service Representative after your RMA request has been reviewed.
